Chiropractors often emphasize the spine’s role in housing and protecting the spinal cord, which is like the superhighway of the central nervous system. If there's dysfunction in how spinal joints move (i.e., subluxations), it can lead to altered afferent input (sensory signals going to the brain), and that can shift the brain’s output—like muscle tone, organ function, or pain perception. Chiropractic adjustments are thought to "reset" or modulate neural feedback loops, leading to improvements in motor control, balance, and even autonomic function (like heart rate variability or digestion). Focusing on restoration of a balanced and adaptable nervous system.

Nervous + Fascial impact:
The craniosacral system is housed within the meninges, which are deeply fascial in nature and highly innervated.

Dysfunction in these membranes—often due to trauma, tension, or emotional stress—can restrict CSF (spinal fluid) flow and increase torque on the spinal cord. This can affect nerve signaling and even hormone regulation via hypothalamic-pituitary connections.

CST works by gently releasing restrictions in cranial sutures, sacrum, and spinal membranes, allowing the fascia and nervous system to regulate more fluidly.

I decided to live my life connecting to each person with reverence, facilitating more ease in the body, and tapping into the stored potential energy within. My passion in life is to witness each person embody their truest expression of self, live the life they love, and move through each day with more adaptation, ease and joy.

I find purpose in immersing in the realms of perinatal, and pediatrics. I was blessed to welcome my first son into the world in 2024 and I understand the importance of whole family wellness through big life transitions. I desire to help women and their families get the chiropractic support they need for optimal health and healthy family dynamics.

When not in practice I spend hours hiking trails, taking pictures of wildflowers, climbing, biking, adventuring, reading many books at once and of course loving on my baby boy, our sweet pup and my amazing partner!

Hi, I’m a chiropractor, a mover, a nature-lover, and someone who wholeheartedly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal. My journey into chiropractic began with a high school water polo injury—an experience that first opened my eyes to the incredible healing power of the nervous system. Chiropractic care didn’t just help me recover; it lit a fire in me. It connected me to the deeper meaning of true health—something far beyond symptom relief. I earned my Kinesiology degree with a focus on Exercise Science at CSU Monterey Bay, where my love for human movement truly blossomed. That passion led me to Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. There, I immersed myself in philosophy, sharpened my skills, and devoted myself to becoming the most present, intentional, and compassionate facilitator of chiropractic care I could be. Today, I work with athletes, families, nature lovers, and anyone who’s lost hope in their health journey. My mission is to help people reconnect with the brilliance of their bodies and the wisdom within their nervous systems. I believe that the power that created the body can heal the body—and that belief shapes every adjustment I deliver. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me climbing rock walls, carving down snowy mountains, skating through the streets, paddling on the water, or biking along a trail. Movement is life—and I’m here to help you move through yours with more ease, connection, and vitality. Thank you for trusting me with your nervous system. It’s a responsibility I hold with love and deep respect.
